Birthday Celebration!

We celebrated Ariel's birthday!  Happy 7th birthday on May 25th, Ariel!

First Grade Park Day!

On Tuesday, May 22nd, we visited South Side Park to celebrate our first grade year!

We had a wonderful time visiting our friends at Mala Strana on Wednesdays!  

Falcon Ridge All-School Lunch and Recess!

On Thursday, May 17th, we got to have lunch outside with the whole school!  

We also got to have recess together!  The weather was perfect!!

Domaci Czech Folk Dancers

On Friday, May 4th, we got to watch the Domaci Dancers perform!  

They did a great job!  In between their dances, they also shared a little history with us.  
The purpose for their visit was to bring awareness to the students of the significance of 2018 in the Czech community.  This year commemorates the 100 year anniversary of the formation of Czechoslovakia as an independent country, the 50 year anniversary of Prague Spring reform movement, and the 25 year anniversary of the creation of two separate nations; Czech Republic and Slovak Republic.
