I LOVE To READ Month!

We had a great time celebrating reading in February!

We had special dress up days and all school reading!
We read and played math games with our buddies!
Mr. Giesen, and Ceci's Grandma read to us!

Half Birthday Celebration!

We celebrated Evan's half birthday!

Sledding Unit in Gym Class!

Mr. Wagner and Mrs. Herrmann took our first graders 

outside this week to sled during gym class!

The weather was great today!

100th Day of First Grade!

On Tuesday, February 6th, we celebrated our 100th day of school!

We read a poem that had 100 words in it, and 

worked in some different math stations to complete our 100th Day Math Packet!  

We also used a pretzel stick, and two Keebler Fudge Striped Cookies to show 100!

River Bend Nature Center Field Trip!

On Tuesday, January 30th, we visited the nature center in Faribault!

We had a great time snowshoeing, kicksledding, and looking for animal tracks!

We were lucky to have so many chaperones join us!
